    Title: 資本移動性、預料到的干擾與匯率錯向調整

    Abstract: 本文以Chang, Lai and Tsai(1999)的理論架構為基礎，放寬對資本完全移動的假設。討論的重點與研究主題為：一個實施完全浮動匯率的小型開放經濟體系，在面對預料到的外生干擾時，相關經濟變數的動態調整路徑。結果發現：
    (1)在資本移動性相對大的情況下，在面臨預料到的供給面產出下降導致本國匯率均衡的組合軌跡往上移動的幅度大於本國物價達成均衡的組合軌跡時，長期會造成本國匯率與物價的上漲，而短期匯率的調整型態只會出現調整不及或調整過度，這個結果和Chang, Lai and Tsai(1999)的結論相同。
    (2)在資本移動性相對大的情況下，在面臨預料到的供給面產出下降導致本國匯率均衡的組合軌跡往上移動的幅度小於本國物價達成均衡的組合軌跡時，長期會造成本匯率下跌與本國物價上漲，短期匯率有可能會出現錯向調整的現象。
    (3)在資本移動性相對小的情況下，在面臨預料到的供給面產出下降時，長期會造成本國匯率與物價的上漲，而短期匯率的調整型態只會出現調整不及。
    (4)在一個馬鞍安定的動態體系下，短期匯率是否會出現錯向調整，除了和Chang, Lai and Tsai(1999)中所得到出現錯向調整的現象和干擾來源有關之外，資本的移動性也扮演了舉足輕重的角色。只有在資本移動性相對大的情況下，在遭受到供給面產出的變動時，匯率可能會出現錯向調整的情況，但若在資本移動性相對小的情況下，無論干擾來源為何，匯率都不會出現錯向調整的情況。
