Abstract:	在校長生涯的每一個階段，如何提供實務和專業的訓練，這個校長專業能力培訓的架構將包括成為一位校長的準備、校長的導入、校長工作的強化，增強新校長的技巧，提供經驗豐富之優良校長的分享機會，擴展新任校長們發展和伸展他們的能力。因此，本文試著從「問題導向學習法(Problem Based Learning，簡稱 PBL）」與「反思學習法(Reflective Learning，簡稱 RL）在校長學習之應用加以探，期望能透過筆者在「校長學→學校長→長學校」專題研究之經驗、理解、內化、統整與，建構一套校長專業發展的學習系統，幫助校長們之高品質學校經營效能的發揮優質校長育成，提供校長們在日昇日落的每一天，透過行動進行研究，找到解決問題的方法與策略之參考，進而統整知識本位的校長培訓研究、校長的專業成長研究、校長的實務能力研究、校長的學校經營研究及分析，讓學習者藉由問題解決的過程學到應得的知識或概念，經由問題情境練習如何「發掘問題、分析問題、解決問題」，藉著處理問題與反思的過程，學到「獨立思考、自我學習」的自行解決問題的能力，培育優質校長具備能夠辦一所讓大家有信心的優質學校，帶領學校行政團隊用心辦教育，教師團隊有愛心教學生，學生團隊熱心於學習，家長團隊關心興校務的能力，幫助校長們發展出更好的學校領導與學校經營的系統知識。
