    知識經濟時代下，智慧資本已躍升為企業競爭力的重要來源之一，並攸關國家未 來長期發展，但也因而伴隨傳統財務報表無法適切反映大多數智慧資本之價值與影響 問題的產生。此對身為財務報表提供者之會計人員而言，不僅意謂著所從事的重點作 業可能會有所改變（例如：對智慧資本資訊之衡量及報導等亦須重視），進而亦意含 可能對其應具備之知識及能力造成影響。至目前為止，考量知識經濟時代下會計人員 所需具備之知識及能力的研究仍相當少，將其進一步結合不同產業及不同策略的研究 更是缺乏。然而此對產業界及會計教育界而言，都是一個影響深遠之重要議題。 本計畫之目的係以我國企業為對象，採取大規模問卷調查方法，探討知識經濟時 代下產業、策略與會計人員所需具備之知識及能力間的關係，期藉此建構一套具體之 理論架構，俾供我國企業及教育界參考應用。而為力求問卷適切與完善，除蒐集彙整 相關文獻與資料外，並擬實地訪談代表企業相關人員及進行預試。同時透過文獻彙 整、實地訪談及大規模問卷調查，以建構出較完整且真實反映我國企業產業、策略與 會計人員所需具備之知識及能力間關係的架構，俾助補充相關理論探討及助國內產業 界、教育界加強累積適切的人力資本與競爭力。
