Abstract:	下一個世代網路技術的特色，就是使電腦能夠辨識訊息內容，俾讓資訊在平台之間相互流通。建構新聞資料庫時，可應用XML等語言標記新聞內容。當我們發展內容標記的原則之時，新聞的知識表徵是不可或缺的基礎。然而新聞學這個領域的文獻，對此問題所提供的線索卻相當有限。本文探討當前新聞資料內容標記技術發展的問題與現況，並試著指出發展內容標記的策略。 A major issue in developing semantic web is to make content understandable to computers. To solve this problem, developers employ eXtensible Markup Language (XML) to describe the metadata of news. However, the problems in marking up news content remain unsolved. This article discusses how theoretical knowledge be applied to create knowledge representation of content markup for the news stories.
