Abstract:	企業模式為企業能否持續經營進而獲利的關鍵，也是電子化企業經營中策略規劃及績效評估的基礎。現有研究及實務文獻中對電子化企業在企業模式、策略規劃及績效評估等層面的探討仍缺乏一致性與連貫性的定義及架構，更缺乏嚴謹與深入的最適化模式發展及有效的規劃與控制流程研究，以致無法有效支援電子化企業選擇最適經營模式並制定獲利決策，亦難以作為電子化企業經營績效評估及跨企業/產業個案比較分析的基礎。因之，本研究的目的即在提出電子化企業的企業模式組成架構及企業模式導向的策略規劃及績效評估模式架構，進而建立動態規劃模式以呈現電子化企業模式組成單元間的互動關係，並據以有效引導電子化企業策略規劃及績效評估等規劃與控制流程的執行。本研究同時亦將根據所提出之企業模式、策略規劃及績效評估架構，以電子化旅遊服務網站為例，實際進行電子化企業之個案研究與經營績效比較分析。
