    Title: 台北縣原住民族政策之研究

    Abstract: 本研究針對台北縣的原住民族政策建議，從語言、文化、教育的振興，社會福利的推動以及經濟的發展等層面，評估各項建議之性質，推估出近程、中程、長程的時間表，規劃出近程可行的 廿一 個方案，中程可執行的 九 項措施以及 五 個列入長程的規劃。建議的策劃雖均各有其要領與預期達到的目的，但是，其之間皆可相互支援與配合，將所有建議統整之後，於此提出「會所」網絡圈的建構、訓練課程的規劃、相關措施法制化、以原住民為考量的設施、獎勵 補助 優惠措施的提供、主動提供的服務等六項整合性的政策規劃，此篇政策的研究為國內首部針對都市原住民所提出具整合式的政策藍圖，不僅提供台北縣政府在面對原住民問題時，擬定政策時的策略建議，也進而協助縣政府原住民行政局達成各項政策目標，並期待能讓都市原住民的生活品質得以改善，以作為都市原住民政策的示範。
