Abstract:	信用連結商品是信用衍生性商品的一種類型。它是由債券及信用衍生性商品組合而成。因為它是債券，投資人（或持有者）定期從連結商品發行者收取固定（或浮動）利息，直到到期日收取本金及到期日的利息。因為投資人願意承擔信用風險（正如承擔市場風險），以獲取更高的報酬率，而發行者可以降低信用風險，因此信用連結商品因應而生，目前在全世界的交易量已達到不可忽略的地位，而且交易量持續擴大。該專書由淺入深詳細分析，使讀者能夠了解並掌握結構化信用連結產品個案之分析技巧，包括產品拆解、成本、收益及風險分析。
