    Title: 唐代病坊隸屬與經營問題小考－中國社會救濟事業的進展

    Abstract: 病坊在唐代的社會救濟事業中佔有一席之地, 它隨著佛教的興盛而在民間展開, 其源起與所隱含的福利思想, 與傳統儒家的安養觀念, 歷代政府的荒政措施, 皆有所不同。唐代除了佛教寺院之外, 鮮少看到民間大規模的興辦社會救濟事業, 而個別的散施、販濟行為, 力量又太微小。反倒是唐政府自則天時期以後, 與寺院病坊一直有著牽連不斷的關係, 不僅病坊的隸屬與管理, 唐政府介人得愈來愈深, 其經營方式也跟著在做調整。本文擬從唐政府與病坊間的歷次互動, 探尋病坊屬性的變動情形, 與唐政府的管理手法, 並從病坊的經費來源, 了解其存續之道, 與唐政府的援助方式, 同時亦欲借此體察唐政府如何在寺院病坊的誘發下,產生對社會福利事業的新認知。
