Abstract:	本研究計劃透過問卷調查、廣泛資料蒐集等方式進一步探討以經濟部智慧財產局現有之專利統計資料來建立可供長期使用之專利保護指標，並提出符合國內產業界長遠發展所需的專利資料庫架構建議為主要目的。俾使經濟部智慧財產局擁有衡量政策執行績效的指標，並實質掌握產業界的需求重點；而產業界隨時瞭解政府執行專利保護政策的內涵，運用專利資料庫作為了解競爭對手專利技術及專利佈局之情況，進而掌握專利權的致勝關鍵。 By conducting questionnaires, and comparative analysis, the research project will build up the patent protection index based on the current patent statistical data and provide the necessary opinions about the proper content of patent database fit to the long term industrial development. Hence, IPO could measure the operation performance and understand what the industries need for the long-term development. The industries could understand what the purpose and content of IPO??s policy and set up the marketing strategy.
