Abstract:	針對國內高科技領域（如：生技、資訊、光電、通訊、數位內容等）相關產業界及研究機構，96年招收國外專題研習先修班等共86名研究發展或相關管理人才，實施國內訓練。國外培訓共甄選90人次，補助其學費及來回機票，安排至美國相關訓練機構研習，使嫻熟於高科技之投資評估、技術移轉及智慧財產權等職能。
