    Abstract: 為了使各公司所做的現金流量測試是立基於一組更全面、一致的精算假設上所執行的，本計畫將針對國內以及國外主要國家(我國保險業從事不動產投資比重較高之國家)建立不動產風險評估模型，最後產生兩千組的情境，幫助專業人員在進行現金流量測試時，明確地考量到不動產投資的風險。我們的模型將會考慮與利率及外匯的相關性。換句話說，所產生的兩千組不動產情境將和之前利率及目前正在進行的外匯以及國外利率情境計畫所產生的國內外利率情境、外匯情境有相關性。此外，本計畫擬將整併前一年度開始的外匯及國外固定收益模型、今年度的股票模型，並委請AA委員會的公司試算後，再根據基因演算法，挑選出兩百組有代表性的情境。之後再請所有的公司進行試算。這樣的試算過程一方面先讓公司熟悉並預備使用新加入的情境，二方面可以讓監理機關對各公司的負債適足性狀況有最新與更進一步的瞭解
