    Title: 台北縣市高職學生物質濫用之危險與保護因子研究(3/3)

    Abstract: 本研究一項為期長達三年（88年7月─91年6月）的縱貫性研究，擬探討青少年物質濫用行為 (含成癮藥物濫用、吸菸、飲酒、及嚼檳榔) 相關之危險因子 (risk factors) 與保護因子 (protective factors)，並分析這些因子對於青少年未來物質濫用行為 (改變) 之影響，藉以分析青少年物質濫用行為之機制，探究青少年抗拒成癮物質之「堅韌度」(resilience) 特質，進而提出藥物濫用防制之策略與建議。 本計畫為此長期研究的第三年計畫（90年7月─91年6月）。在前二年計畫中，第一年（88年7月─89年6月）先以焦點團體訪談法，來收集高職學生及教師對於青少年成癮物質濫用行為之危險因子及保護因子的看法，根據此項質化分析的結果，並根據國內外相關文獻，來設計調查問卷。繼而採用問卷調查法，以台北縣市高級職業學校學生為研究母群體，採用系統隨機抽樣法，選取十六所高職學校、一年級、48個班級的學生為樣本 (約2000人) ，進行團體自填式問卷調查，收集學生成癮物質使用行為現況資料，並探討物質濫用相關之危險因子及保護因子。第二年（89年7月—90年6月）繼續針對第一年所抽樣之學生進行追蹤調查，探討學生在第二年中物質濫用行為之變化，並分析物質濫用行為與前一年所發現之危險因子及保護因子間之關係。 在本計畫中，將針對前二年（第一、二年）施測的2000名高職學生樣本（此時已升為三年級），繼續做第三年追縱調查，探討學生在第三年中物質濫用行為之變化，並分析物質濫用行為與前二年所發現之危險子及保護因子間之關係，藉以了解青少年物質濫用行為之機制，並探討能使具有危險因子的學生不成為藥物濫用者的保護因子為何，來分析青少年抗拒藥物之「堅韌度」(resilience) 特質。研究者將根據研究結果，提出對青少年藥物濫用防制之建言，提供學術界及實務界參考。 The study is a three-year longitudinal study. The main purposes of the study will be: (1) to explore the risk and protective factors of substance-using behavior (including drug-using, cigarette-smoking, alcohol-drinking and betelnut-chewing) among students, and (2) to analyze the influence of these factors on future substance-using behavior among the students, and (3) to develop the concept of resilience and to propose preventive strategies for adolescents. The project is the third-year study of the longitudinal study. In the first year of study, the sample had been selected by the systematic random sampling method. Sixteen vocational high schools were included, with the total number of valid sample being about 2000 tenth graders. The data was collected via a group self-administration. In the third year, the same sample in the first- and second-year will be followed to do the survey. The mechanism of the influences of the risk and protective factors on the substance-using behavior among the student respondents will be analyzed in order to develop the concept of resilience. Based on the results, suggestions for adolescent prevention work will be proposed.
