    Abstract: 遺傳規畫是晚近人工智慧科技的新方向,雖然它的運作需要投入大量的計算資源,但是配合資訊科技的進步,這些終將是可以突破的限制,而它作為一種科技預測的新方向也將隨之明朗。在這樣的前瞻下,本文對遺傳規畫之本質做了初步性的探勘。在這個探勘中,我們說明為甚麼遺傳規畫可以結合程序資訊理論 (algorithmic information theory)作為科技預測的基礎,尤其是它如何揭露了科技預測困難的本質,以及資訊科技的進步如何可以透過遺傳規畫而改善科技預測的品質。
