Abstract:	本研究分為四個項目： 1. 配合貿易便捷化簽審XML標準訊息，制定動植物檢疫證明書之研究。 2. 輸出入動植物檢疫系統改版與資料庫調整之研究。 3. 檢疫資料訊息傳輸與業者自網路下載證明書副本之評估。 4. 由檢疫申報發證系統資料庫，提供我國重要貿易夥伴國進行案件查詢之研究。 There are four subjects to study in this project: 1. According to XML standard message, to study the health inspection certificate format. 2. To study the revised systems and the tuned database of BAPHIQ information systems. 3. To evaluate the transmitted inspection messages and the download certificates. 4. From the database, to study the query systems for trading partner.
