    Abstract: 不論在社會學、老人學、或社會工作的領域，老人的社會支持向來是研究者 關心的課題。國內外相關研究已顯示社會支持對老人的心理適應、心理健康和生 活滿意度之影響。而西方國家服務使用之相關文獻，已顯示非正式支持網絡對正 式服務使用的影響性，但在台灣有關「老人非正式支持網絡與正式服務的關係」 之研究並不多見。此外，實證研究所採用的非正式支持網絡之測量方法，如果要 被運用在長期照護照顧管理的實務工作上，可能會因過於複雜而甚難操作，故發 展一個較精簡的評量工具有其必要性；又如果能從評量工具更進一步建構出支持 網絡的類型，當更能提升實務參考價值。爰此，本研究的目的旨在探討老人非正 式支持網絡對長期照護服務使用的影響，進而試圖發展一個老人支持網絡的評量 工具，並建構老人支持網絡之類型。 本研究分為兩個階段來進行，第一個階段用次級資料之分析，資料來自「全 國長期照護需要評估第二年計畫」的資料，以瞭解非正式社會支持對長期照護服 務使用之影響，進而建構支持網絡類型；第二階段再將建構出來的網絡類型徵詢 實務工作者之意見，以檢定這些支持網絡類型在需求評量和照顧計畫訂定之通用 性，此部分之研究採用焦點團體訪談法，預定舉辦三場焦點團體訪談。
