Abstract:	在私人提供公共財的實驗中實驗對像被賦予一外生的所得，然後他們被要求對一公共財自由捐獻所得的一部份或全部。和私人提供公共財的實驗一樣，在租稅順從的實驗中實驗對象也被賦予一外生的所得，但不同的是他們被要求申報所得，並對所申報的所得納稅。被抓到漏報所得的實驗對像除需補稅外，另需對逃漏的稅額繳納罰款。實驗對像所繳納的總稅款用來提供公共財，對實驗對像帶來利益。以上這兩個分支的實驗研究皆只考慮一種公共財，忽略了在現實經濟環境中由自願性捐獻與稅收提供的公共財同時存在，而且個人不但決定申報多少所得，亦決定其自願性捐獻的水準。在本研究計畫中我們試圖結合這兩個實驗文獻，同時考慮私人提供的公共財與政府提供的公共財。我們計畫操作數個實驗，在這些實驗中我們變化私人提供公共財與政府提供公共財的邊際每人報酬，另外我們也將採用不同水準的租稅變數 (例如稅率、稽核率、與罰款)。我們除試圖由實驗結果觀察逃漏稅的動機如何影響自願性捐獻的動機外，也將觀察這些租稅變數的改變如何影響自願性捐獻水準以及租稅順從水準。
