Abstract:	目前世界許多國家正處於經濟轉型的過程，經濟轉型主要區分為激進式與漸進式兩大類。「大霹靂」、「大爆炸」 (Big Bang) 或休克療法 (shock therapy) 是經常用來描述激進式經濟改革的名詞，波蘭為一般認定採行此類型經改成功的例子。國際文獻上有關於經濟轉型的探討並未將台灣列入其中。此外，關於研究大陸經改的文獻不少，但其中探究台灣與大陸經改異同之分析卻付之闕如。因此，本研究的主要目的便是在於提供此一方面的比較分析，以促進暨加深對於轉型經濟體系的理解。本研究將採比較制度分析 (comparative institutional analysis) 的模式來進行，預計探討下述幾個子題: (1) 確認與闡述大陸「官商合一」制度的經濟計畫模式，詳細探討大陸之經濟計畫模式與台灣「集權式的公、私部門統合計畫」之經濟計畫型態的異同。(2) 解析經濟改革的內容、過程與集權政府鞏固政治權力之間的關聯性。(3) 衡量經濟改革之成效 (如提高所得與否) 對於人民政治參與率、政治滿意度以及政治改革的相關影響。(4) 經由與台灣長期發展經驗的對照暨比較分析，評估大陸未來可能的政經情勢發展。表
