Abstract:	自從政府於1985 年採取貿易自由化政策以來，隨著石化產品進口關稅的下降與管制的鬆綁，國內中游石化產品廠商之價格成本差異比(PCM)、國內產業集中度與進口比上下波動明顯，而出口比則呈現持續上升的趨勢。進一步分析發現，在國內廠商PCM、國內產業集中度、進口比與出口比之間的關係可能並非單向。相反地，此四個變數之間可能存在聯立關係。於是，透過一開放體系寡占模型的建立，本研究將首先透過數學推導獲得國內廠商PCM、國內產業集中度、進口比與出口比之間的聯立因果關係式，並參考既有實證文獻建立實證模型。其次，依據1989-1996 台灣中游石化業的資料，利用三階段最小平方法(3SLS)進行估計，企圖探討影響國內廠商獲利率、國內產業集中度、進口比與出口比之決定因素及四者之間的相互關係；最後，則將根據實證結果，嘗試對中游石化業者與政府主管當局提出營運管理的策略性與政策性建議。
