    Abstract: 本次申請之計畫「中國近代國家體制研究」是本系關於中國近現代史研究計畫的子題之一，中國近現代史一直在?史學研究?域中佔有重要地位。本校以人文社會科學發展為主軸，而本系長期以?以發展中國近現代史研究為主要重點之一，本系也相對擁有較為豐沛關於本研究議題的資源。十九世紀中?，西?東漸，有?之士開始反?中國的國家體制，有君憲與革命的競爭，彼此勢?消長之下，最終革命獲得勝?，改變?傳統帝王專制，建?民主共和的國家體制。但是自中華民國成?後，共和體制的實施並未使國體問題獲得解決，反而?加混?，至1920 ?代出現??自治的嘗試。1928 ?，?伐成功以後，中國國民黨遵循孫中山建國三階段?，結束軍政時期進入訓政時期，開啟以黨?政的政治模式，亦引發獨裁與民主的政治?爭。1940 ?代，中國終於邁入憲政時代，但?岸的分?也導致國家體制呈現?同的發展。中國大?是共產中國，中國共產黨一黨專政，1980 ?代以?，中國大?從事經濟上的改革開放，但在政治上仍維持?開放的統治模式。臺灣地區雖稱為自由中國，但是在1980 ?代之前仍然是中國國民黨一黨獨大的黨國體制，直到1987 ?解除戒嚴，開放黨禁、報禁、民選總統…，臺灣終能走向民主多元化發展的目標。綜觀中國百餘?的政治制?演變，可看出民主化過程的艱辛，結果?是得???，中華民國作為亞洲首創的民主共和國，其民主成果值得肯定。本計畫擬以近代中國的?史發展為經，政治制?演變為緯，對近代中國的國家體制進?深入的研究。
