    Abstract: 近年來使用健保資料庫所從事研究日益增加；然而，由於健保資料病患社經變數不足，相當程度的阻礙了健保資料在社會科學的應用。在主管機關協助下，本文以 2005 年家庭收支調查家戶為樣本，串連其健保承保相關資料，由於家庭收支調查記錄豐富社經變數，可提供我們使用承保資料推估病患就業狀態，薪資所得，戶籍縣市，以及兒童依附父母狀態。變數準確性比較結果發現：（1）公、勞保樣本的就業狀態準確度相當高，達九成以上（2）就業準確樣本中，公保樣本得投保薪資低估實際薪資約 10％，勞保樣本中投保薪資低的差異較大，薪資高的差異反較小（3）地區人口，農民，與地方公職人員可用投保單位縣市來推論戶籍所在縣市（4）未成年兒童其投保人為父或母時，與父或母同居比率高達 97％以上；若家庭中有兩至三名兒童時，所有兒童投保於單一投保人比率為 97％以上。最後，我們採用前述條件，分析就業婦女罹患乳癌後，對其就業狀態和薪資所得的影響。
