    Abstract: 地方政府遭遇跨域管理問題之挑戰日增，在理論層面上，逐漸趨向由行政與社會結合，在實務層面上，則出現各式強調合作、協力、參與、結盟的治理機制。但學界與實務界對於如何建立「跨域管理機制」仍缺乏共識，爰本計畫擬以跨部門治理角度，分析各種理論觀點與相關策略，期能建構有助於地方政府發展之跨域管理機制與互動模式。
