Abstract:	雖然過去對於民營化的理論研究頗多，然而將利益團體的影響力納入民營化的理論模型中加以探討的研究，卻極為少見，尤其是來自不同利益團體如何影響最適民營化的訂定，更是付諸闕如。因此，針對過去文獻上的缺失，本文將設立一開放體系下之混合寡佔模型，強調本國政府、公營廠商、民營廠商以及外國民營廠商之間的互動關係，並在考量可能利益團體提供政治獻金的情況下，來探討本國政府如何訂定其最適民營化的程度，以及最適民營化的程度如何受到不同利益團體之組合所影響。同時透過國內、外資料的收集以及計量的實證分析，以探討不同產業下，利益團體在民營化過程中所扮演的角色。除了驗證理論之有效性外，本研究將提出政策建議，以利相關單位在擬定民營化政策時之參考。
