Abstract:	社會制度的選擇中，對分配正義的探究，主要歸納為三個途徑：一是以改善不均等為主旨的平等主義，二是傾向自由主義的應得理論，三是以分配結果得以將整體效用極大化為目標的功利主義。分別將三個途徑運用於政府間的國際經貿合作機制中，探討國際分配正義問題時，其解釋力各有侷限，因此也各有較為適用的合作模式及條件。衍生自自由學說的應得理論，主張個體資產轉移唯在自願讓與及自由交易下，始見分配正義，因此不適用於分析以合作機制執行個體間的所得分配。功利主義對分配正義的處理，較適用於經濟同質性高的國家間合作，在擴大總效應之下，又能將個體間增加效用差距的擴大減至最緩。平等主義的分配正義原則較適用於貧富相差大的經濟體間的合作中，其中富國中的最低階級收入不得低於貧國中的最低階級收入，否則當合作後所得自富國移轉至貧國時，合作體間最低收入階級未能實際得惠。
