    Title: 政大校區設施冷熱排放現況探討

    Abstract: 在環保意識普遍盛行,節能減碳成為一股不可抵擋的趨勢後,任何決策都應該以此為目標。根據<京都議定書>的宗旨----減少碳排放量,本校可以帶頭做起,從校園多處開始節能減碳,例如:空調的使用與電力設施散熱不當的檢討。若要觀察無法看見的溫度,可利用熱像儀來拍攝熱紅外影像,熱像儀能夠感測人眼無法接收的熱紅外波段,而且不論晝夜,均可收集熱紅外影像。本研究透過熱像儀,收集研究區域內一系列政大校區設施之熱紅外及可見光影像,用以輔助判釋影像,並分析異常冷熱排放地區。研究結果發現政治大學內之行政大樓、研究大樓及商學院有幾處可疑冷熱設施排放區域,需經由實地調查找出原因及提出解決和改善之道。
    As environmental issue becomes more popular, carbon reduction forms an unstoppable trend, every decision should be make due to this principle. According to the purpose of the “Kyoto Protocol“---- reducing carbon emissions, National Chengchi University could take the lead by reducing carbon emissions, for instance, the analyze with using air conditioning system and bad cooling power facilities. If one feels like to observe temperature that cannot be seen by human eyes, one should use thermal scanner to collect thermal infrared data (TIR), because thermal scanner can detect thermal infrared radiation that cannot be notice by human eyes, furthermore, one can collect thermal infrared data during day time and night time. This research expect to use thermal scanner to collect a series of thermal infrared data and visible light images in the research area at the same time, by image interpretation and analyze unusual emission area. This research has discovered that Administration building, Research building and College of Commerce has several unusual emission areas, through in situ investigation finding out the reason and presenting solutions.
