Abstract:	在知識經濟的世紀，傳統的記帳方式不斷的受到挑戰，主要因為組織之帳面價值已經無法充分反映市場價值，財富的創造必須仰賴無形資產之創造與蓄積，無形資產與組織之智慧資本也因而成為維持競爭優勢之關鍵。近幾年來歐美學者，探討智慧資本不遺餘力，除了越來越多學者投入相關研究之外，少數學者也已將組織層級的智慧資本概念，推展至國家層級。本計畫為總計畫「The study of intellectual Capital: OB/HRM perspective」之「子計畫二」。此三年期計畫係延續個人上一期之研究，第一年將根據去年之研究結果，再深入地探討四十個國家之人力資本、市場資本、流程資本、以及更新資本對於財務資本之解釋力和不同組合之中介或干擾效果。第二年起將進行組織層級之研究，特別著重以往學者較少探討的結構資本，第三年則著力於組織之關係資本，期望經由深入之質性研究，提出初步的結構資本與關係資本之理論模型，以作為後續研究之參考。
