    Abstract: 知識經濟時代下，智慧資本已躍升為企業競爭力的重要來源之一，並攸關國家長期發展，但也因而伴隨傳統財務報表無法適切反映大多數智慧資本之價值與影響問題的產生。而此種資訊揭露不足之憾可能導致企業無法獲得適切的評價，甚而影響企業資金籌措與未來發展。故伴隨智慧資本之日趨重要，實有必要對智慧資本資訊揭露等相關議題多加重視。然而至目前為止，具體探討我國企業智慧資本資訊揭露情形以及影響揭露之企業特性的研究仍不多，將其進一步結合不同產業與企業價值的研究更是缺乏。建立適當且合乎實際之智慧資本資訊揭露機制，實有助於瞭解企業真實價值及幫助有效管理，亦有助投資、融資等活動的進行。本計畫之目的即以我國企業為對象，探討智慧資本資訊揭露情形以及影響揭露之企業特性，並同時納入僅考量揭露數量與亦考量揭露品質之兩觀點，研究產業、智慧資本資訊揭露、企業價值三者間的關係。所採研究設計為先透過內容分析蒐集智慧資本揭露之相關資訊，再採取複迴歸分析等方式進行實證探討。透過文獻彙整與實證分析，嘗試建構真實反映且適宜我國產業界應用之智慧資本資訊揭露機制，並提出建議，俾補充相關理論探討及供我國產業界參考應用，以助企業能獲得較適切合理之評價。
