    Abstract: 本整合型計劃將探討台商及大陸企業經營管理所面臨的會計問題，分為財務會計、管理會計、審計及稅務會計等四個領域。財務會計的研究議題將探討中國大陸過渡經濟國家的公司違規舞弊、會計師產業專精度、與分析師行為之關聯性；以及中國上市公司承銷配股產生的盈餘管理方法、承銷商聲譽、審計品質與分析師盈餘預測對公司長期表現之影響。審計研究議題將以中國大陸所揭露之審計公費資訊作為基礎，探討中國審計市場與審計公費制訂的各項問題管理會計的研究議題將探討台商之公司治理、管理控制系統、及領導風格對組織績效之影響；大陸台商之風險、道德文化與公司治理之內涵對管理決策與績效之影響；以及二岸三地企業財務管理決策之資訊效果。稅務會計研究議題包括台商在中國大陸投資、移轉訂價以及所得移轉之租稅規劃；以及我國新會計準則與稅制變革及赴大陸投資等因素，對我國上市公司財稅所得差異之影響，以及資本市場對於台灣與大陸損益所產生之財稅所得差異，是否會給與不同之評價。藉此整合計畫，以深入研究台商在大陸經營之管理及稅務問題，以及大陸企業在經濟發展轉型期間所面臨的財務會計及審計問題，強化研究之綜效成果。
