Abstract:	企業經營全球化之後，在風險管理方面，企業風險的全球化及舞弊手法的全球化，使風險管理更加不易；在企業資訊供應鏈方面，則產生編製合併報表不易及難以掌握子公司營運狀況兩大問題，因此本計畫於開始即擬定兩大研究方向，分別為：1.透過整合XBRL GL與XBRL FR兩大XBRL分類標準，達成合併報表編製的電腦化，並提升企業財務資訊對外部使用者的透明度。2.以XBRL GL技術為基礎，發展一套整合風險管理、稅務規劃、財務管理與會計決策支援的企業風險管理(ERM)系統。
