    Abstract: 全球化的影響下，企業在獲取有限資源的競爭上日趨激烈，再加上環保意識的抬頭及相關法令 的要求，企業從其原物料的採購到產品設計、生產到運送等供應鏈的活動上都需加上環保的考量， 以符合綠色供應鏈（Green Supply Chain）的要求。此外，企業於微利時代中希望透過提高客戶服 務，來產生差異化，因此企業對於全球運籌管理亦從原本僅著重於原物料採購、商品製造至配送顧 客處的正向運籌管理（Forward Logistics Management），延伸至注重商品退貨、維修、回收、再製 造（Remanufacturing）及再利用的逆向運籌管理（Reverse Logistics Management）。而由於資源 的回收、再製造，並成為原物料重新投入供應鏈中（再利用），因此，對於企業的原物料採購決策上 產生重大的影響（原物料來源包含採購的新品及再利用的回收品；後者相對而言，充滿了高度的不 確定性）。 本研究為兩年期計畫，針對上述狀況，擬深入探討兩項議題：（1）第一年首先探討企業內於同 時考量正向運籌與逆向運籌時的經濟再製造量和經濟訂購量的決策模式，（2）第二年接著探討如何 透過生產製造、回收中心（再製造）及供應商間的協同作業，尋求原物料取得總成本最小的決策模 式。同時本研究並將依上述所提出之經濟再製造量、經濟訂購量及協同作業模式，建立一決策支援 系統雛型，提供決策者於考量產品回收及再利用時，能做出符合企業效益的最佳再製造及原物料採 購決策，減少企業面對新的環保法令規定下，帶給企業運籌管理上的衝擊。
