From a phenomenological perspective, "noli me tangere" as a religious imperative can contribute to a theoretical depth. In focusing on the problematic of touching and "Noli me tangere," this paper begins from the genealogy proposed by Jacques Derrida and Jean-Luc Nancy and tries to take into consideration the theory of touching in the phenomenology characterized as theological turn. Through the difference of Michel Henry and Jean-Louis Chrétien working within the theory of the touching, there appears a complicated relation between touching and body or life. Meanwhile this paper also inserts the deconstructive analysis of Christianity by Nancy into the articulation of experience of limit given in the problem of the touching. The analysis of the touching implied in the "Noli me tangere" considers the problem of incarnation in a new way to relate it to a contemporary significance of the limit, of the difference and of the religious experience.
