    Abstract: 本次企畫之科學傳播人才培育精進班，預計拍攝一系列傑出科學成果短片，讓具有科學背景的影音創製人才搭配專業的製作團隊，並打破現今科學傳播製作過程中，極度缺乏科學背景的專業人士之現況，讓科學人說科學的故事。同時，藉由這樣的機會，告訴大眾，傳播絕非專利，科學背景的人亦能清楚的向社會大眾解釋科學研究的意涵。科學界的後輩肩負起報導科學先進研究內容的工作，進而達到教育普羅大眾的功能及培育跨領域人才之效。過去 50 年來，行政院國家科學委員會在國內的科學的發展上扮演著重要的推手。除了推動全國整體的科技發展，在支援學術研究上更是不遺餘力；也因此成就了許多傑出的科學研究，這些研究的成果，在國際上得到高度的讚賞。然而，不單只是科學領域的人們需要知道這些成果的重要性，生活在這塊土地上民眾都應該了解，許多國內優秀的科學先進默默地在科學領域裡耕耘。科學領域發展過程中點點滴滴的心血結晶應該被紀錄保存，並跨出科學領域的藩籬傳達給國人，並使其了解這些科學成就對人們生活的影響。社會大眾需要知道，在科學的領域中，許多優秀的科學人才為台灣的科學、科技研究而努力，更應該讓年輕的世代了解科學研究中的鍥而不捨、求真求實的科學精神。
