Abstract:	2005 年管理學門台日聯合學術研討會（2005 Joint Conference betweenTaiwan and Japan on Academic Research in Management）為日本神戶大學與以國科會為首的台灣學術界首次正式交流合作的試金石。經過事前台日雙方綿密周延地計畫和溝通之後，研討會在2005 年7 月9 日神戶大學經營學部 (六甲台校區）揭開序幕，於同月11 日正式畫下完美的句點。會中我們和日本管理學學門最優秀的神戶大學教授、研究生們在和睦的氣氛中，針對議題交換意見，進行深度而成功的學術交流。歷時3 日的行程內容十分充實，除了涵蓋有5 場不同主題的台日學者論文報告之外，還有2 場企業參訪行程（東客集團和神戶製鋼），讓我們台灣研究者不只有機會接觸到日本學術界的最先端研究成果，更有機會深入企業經營的現場，親自觀察與檢驗台日企業經營的異同。
