    Abstract: 本計畫主要的目的在於協助政府進行科技計畫（特別是屬於科技政策群組者）的審議，並從參與審議的過程中，提出有關科技計畫的審議、前瞻規劃、績效評估與計畫管考等方面的建議。
    The purpose of this project is to assist government agencies in evaluating science and technology (S&T) proposal evaluation and to provide suggestions to government regarding the proposal evaluation, foresight & planning, performance evaluation, and control of S&T projects.
