Abstract:	雖然已有不少研究探討課程特性與學員特質對訓練成效之影響，但卻少有研究探討訓練課程講師之特質與訓練成效之關係。有鑑於訓練講師之特質可能會影響學員之學習動機，而學習動機又為影響成人學習成效之重要因素，因此本研究欲探討訓練課程講師之外貌吸引力、口語表達能力及教材統整性是否能顯著地預測學員之學習成效。此外，本研究也將探討學員之學習動機是否中介前述訓練課程講師之特質與學員學習成效之關係。本研究欲透過問卷調查之方式，對300 名在一個月內曾接受過訓練之在職者進行資料收集。並擬以多元階層迴歸分析檢驗研究問題與假設，在控制學員人口統計變項、講師人口統計變項、課程類別等變項的影響之後，來檢驗前述三個變項之主要效果、二階交互作用及三階交互作用是否能顯著地預測學員之訓練成效。本研究之結果將能協助吾人瞭解影響學員訓練成效之動機因素，提供實務界有關訓練課程設計上之考量，進而提高學員之學習成效。
