    Title: 是鴛鴦還是冤家？愛情伴侶中依附風格配對之人際行為對關係品質的影響

    Abstract: 本研究欲針對大學生的愛情關係進行研究，以往從成人依附理論的研究認為，大學生愛情關係之所以有「好」有「壞」，是受到兩人相處時愛情依附風格或特質的影響，愈是展現出安全依附風格或特質，愈可經營出高滿意度、高品質、低衝突暴力的愛情關係或互動行為(王慶福, 2000; 林佳玲, 2000; 廖宏啟, 1999; Banse, 2004; Collins & Read, 1990; Feeney, 1994;Feeney, 2002; Meyers & Landsberger, 2002; Stackert & Bursik, 2003)。本研究採取Benjamin(1979)所建立的社會行為結構(Structural Analysis of SocialBehavior，簡稱SASB 模式)的觀點，認為大學生愛情依附特質乃是由伴侶互動中的人際行為影響所致，從Pincus, Dickinson, Schut, Castonguay, 和Bedics(1999)的研究可發現，個體過去在親子關係中若經驗具滋潤性親和(Best Affiliation)之人際行為，可促成降低焦慮、逃避等安全依附特質的展現；而具破壞性親和(Worst Affiliation)的人際行為則具有反效果。這些研究在實務中深具意義，依附治療可分成以改變依附為焦點的治療取向(例如情緒焦點治療，Greenberg & Johnson, 1988)，以及重視人際行為改變的治療取向(Davila, 2003)，而大部分的依附治療乃以直接改變依附為焦點，若能瞭解人際行為對於依附特質的影響，則可增加實務上促成依附改變的另一種可能。本研究認為，在愛情關係中具滋潤性或破壞性親和的人際行為會影響焦慮、逃避等愛情依附特質的表現，甚至可影響成人依附風格、依附特質的改變。故本研究主要目的包括：第一，探討伴侶間的人際行為是否會影響個人在愛情關係中依附特質的展現。第二，探討伴侶間的人際行為對個人在愛情關係中依附風格、依附特質改變的影響情形。
