Abstract:	本計畫將結合現有的專業師資、優秀學生，以形成一研究專業團隊，試圖建構研究所需之圖書典籍與文獻史料，持續發展具有專業特色之法制史專業圖書設備。研究層面著重於有關法史學中制度史、思想史與法文化史等相關領域之研究課題，期待成為國內外相關文獻之交流平台，並期許未來的研究成果具備國際競爭能力，以作為未來國內及東亞各國法學教育發展之參考。 The purpose of this plan is to promote domestic and East Asian countries＇ legal educational development. Combining professional teachers and outstanding students, our researches focus on legal history, history of legal thought, legal culture and relevant realm based on legal history researches such as books and historical materials. We also desire to be the platform of international researches in future.
