Abstract:	在過去學術界及企業界總是會以「雁形理論」來分析東亞經濟分工體系，所謂「雁形理論」是以東亞國家經濟發展的成熟度為指標，將其區分為雁首、雁身及雁尾，其中日本為雁首，亞洲四小龍為雁身，中國大陸及東南亞為雁尾，換句話說，也就是日本提供核心技術，再由亞洲四小龍進行代工，最後由中國大陸及東南亞進行製造。但是在二○○○年之後，隨著東亞各國經濟發展程度的不一，日本經濟的持續衰退，南韓經濟的崛起，中國大陸成為世界最大工廠，以及日本進軍大陸市場失利，讓整個東亞經濟分工體系產生相當大的轉變，進而改變過去「雁形理論」的面貌。本文主旨希望在學術及政策上兩個面向來分析這個議題，並以台日企業合作為例證，在政策上主要在於研究台灣如何擴大與日本在台灣新興產業的合作，以帶動台灣的產業升級及促進台灣產業在全球的競爭力，而在學術方面，台灣與日本企業的合作模式將會改變過去東亞經濟分工體系，進而重新構築過去的雁形理論。
