Title:	以「設計思維」角度探討網路時代之新聞教育

Abstract:	網路數位科技改變了新聞的內涵、形貌、產製流程與傳輸通道。這些變化對傳播教育的意涵為何？本研究提出以「設計思維」的角度探討網路時代傳播專業教育應培養學生那些核心認知能力。本研究以行動研究方法，在一個模擬真實情境運作環境下觀察學生如何產出一份報紙，並透過學生反思與焦點座談瞭解並歸納他們的思考過程及作品表現，以此作為探究21世紀新聞專業教育納入設計思維的參照。本研究建議應培養學生有能力：（一）以探究性思維看待模糊性問題；（二）以系統分析方法分析問題；（三）處理不確定性；（四）作最佳化決策；（五）視自己為社會過程中之成員；（六）在幾種不同的語言間（口語、文字、圖表、照片、動畫、影音、數字）思考及溝通。
