Abstract:	進入 2000 年以來，中國的崛起已導致全球政經與安全環境出現戲劇性的變化。尤其是自2000 年代初期中國開始推動以世界貿易組織 (WTO) 與自由貿易協定 (FTA) 為兩大支柱的積極主動的經貿外交後，中國崛起所造成的政經衝擊迅速擴大。1由於今日中國已是擁有世界人口最多 (逾13 億)、外匯存底最多(接近2 兆美元)的全球第三大經濟體，幾乎沒有任何單一國家能以自身的力量應付此一龐大又令人生畏的大國。因而使得如何處理與中國的關係已成為亞洲各國決策者最關注的課題，也引起各國國內進行辯論，究竟崛起的中國所代表的是機會抑或是威脅？應該如何因應中國？本文主旨在試圖以中國因素為自變數來探討其在亞洲經濟整合中所造成的影響以及印度對中國崛起及中國積極主動 FTA 策略之觀感與對策，終而討論印中經貿未來發展對亞洲經濟整合的影響。首先將剖析 2000 年 11 月中國開始採取積極主動 FTA 策略對亞洲經濟整合的衝擊，繼而以印度作為個案剖析其對中國崛起的觀感、國內有關如何處理與中國關係的辯論以及對中國FTA 策略的因應對策，最後則是蠡測印中經貿未來發展對亞洲經濟整合前景的衝擊。
