    描述: 美國副總統拜登(Joseph R. Biden) 於本(2011) 年8 月17 日晚間至22 日早晨在中國大陸進行訪問，這是他就任後的首次往訪，也是世界前二大經濟體高層領導人在最近國際金融與經濟問題升高之際，受到世人矚目的交流活動。拜登在五天的行程中，會見了胡錦濤、吳邦國、溫家寶、習近平等中共領導人，而且也技巧性地與中國大陸人民互動，爭取不少正面的新聞版面。
