    描述: 許多人認為美國在巴基斯坦成功地圍剿賓拉登（Osama bin Laden）之後，其全球反恐政策或將做出調整，使美國有限的戰略資源可以做更佳的分配，以應付眾多的戰略問題。歐巴馬（Barack Obama）總統最近宣布美國即將從阿富汗撤軍，似乎加印證了前述的看法。在美國國內對於全球反恐戰略的調整尚爭論不休之際，本文試圖在各家說法中找出一些重要或明顯的「已知」與「未知」，以做為未來評估的參考。
