    Abstract: 本文主旨係探討「中國崛起」對中美關係與中俄關係發展影響的分析。首先,就中美關係與中俄關係從冷戰期間至後冷戰時期的實質變化進行探討;其次,從外交關係、經貿合作、國際政治及地緣戰略等議題,探究美國與俄國如何因應「中國崛起」之影響;最後,分析美俄兩國與中國關係發展的異同。本文研究顯示,中美關係在後冷戰時期有著經貿上競爭與合作並存的態勢,但在軍事安全議題上則有較明顯的競爭與對立關係;而中俄關係一方面在同一時期實際上呈現合作多於競爭,另一方面則在軍事合作與能源議題上仍存在矛盾。
    This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the reactions to the "rise of China" in China-U.S. relations and China-Russia relations in several different aspects. First, it analyses the substantive changes in China-U.S. and China-Russia relations from the Cold War era to the post-Cold War period. Next, this paper investigates how the U.S. and Russia are responding to the "rise of China" in terms of diplomatic relations, economic cooperation, international politics and geopolitical strategies. Finally, this paper analyses the similarities and differences between the U.S. and Russia in the development of relations with China. This study shows that China- U.S. relations is characterized by competition and cooperation in economic issues, but competition and confrontation in military and security issues, while China-Russia relations contain more cooperation than competition, although there are always some conflicts in military cooperation and energy issues.
