Abstract:	大陸「十一屆全國人大四次會議」於2011年3月10日審查通過的「十二五」規劃，是以「深化改革」和「加快轉變經濟發展方式」為今後5年大陸經濟發展策略的主軸。在具體經濟政策上，「十二五」規劃的政策目標，便是要將依賴出口的增長模式轉型成內需市場為主的經濟體制，並從擴大消費需求、加速城鎮化、調整產業結構、進行收入分配製度改革等多元途徑著手，為經濟體制的轉型鋪陳良好的基礎。中國大陸經濟作為全球第二大經濟體，其經濟發展策略的調整對世界各國經濟自然產生相當的衝擊，由於兩岸間緊密的經貿關係，台商在大陸的投資和經貿經營自然將受到重大的影響。除此之外，在「十二五」規劃中，大陸更明確地列出健全兩岸經濟合作機制、加強兩岸經濟合作和支援海峽西岸經濟區建設等為當前對臺經貿方針和政策，這將對兩岸經貿交流與合作產生相當的影響，值得加以關注。
