    Abstract: 強調輕、薄以及兼具掃描、列印、影印、傳真等多項用途的多功能事務機發展十餘年來，每年約可產生300億美元的產值，然近年受到產品普及化以及全球景氣不佳的影響，致使需求減緩，產品步入到成熟期市場，也連帶影響到上游關鍵零組件的成長。
    個案公司為彩色接觸式影像感測器製造業的龍頭廠商，產品主要應用於多功能事務機，公司具深厚的技術基礎與規模經濟，但受限於產品的單一性及所屬產業上、中、下游均屬寡占市場的特性，經營面臨營收與獲利成長不易的困境。
    本研究以五力分析及SWOT分析個案公司的競爭要素，財務報表分析比較經營策略上與同業的差異，試著找出適當的發展策略，具體的建議如下：
    一、擴大產品應用領域與利基型產品。
    二、利用核心技術開發新事業。
    三、規劃工廠整併，節省管理成本。
