Abstract:	這篇論文的主題是透過整理傅利曼的兩本經典政治哲學《資本主義與自由》與《選擇的自由》，去建構出他的政治哲學觀。本文認為傅利曼的政治哲學乃是由「市場」、「私有財產」、「個人」等三個概念所建基而成的。因而傅利曼在書中擁護市場、貶低政治管理市場的論點，追根溯源其實都可以在這三個概念上尋得依憑的根據。雖然傅利曼對於政府管理市場的批評，以及認為凡市場必好的理念看似無懈可擊，但在本文分析這三個概念之後，發現這三個概念本身不僅經不起檢驗，甚且相互矛盾，從而他以這三個概念為起點所建立起的純市場富裕世界，對人類社會而言，僅僅只是「美學幻象」而已。
