    Title: 職業及產業人力資本分析

    Abstract: 摘要

    本研究針對2004年到2010年間,美國Current Population Survey (CPS)的Displaced Worker Surveys (DWS)中因工廠關閉而失業的勞工為研究對象,探討失業勞工轉換產業、職業以及職能所帶來的薪資差異,進而判斷特定人力資本彼此之間的重要性。以往文獻使用Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT)來代表一職業的職能特定人力資本大小,但DOT已停止更新,無法有效表示現代職業的職能需求,故本研究使用Occupational Information Network的資料,並使用因素分析法將職能需求歸納為主要的四種領域,分別為知識、技能、工作活動以及工作內容,用這四種領域來代表職能特定能力資本。

    實證發現職能特定人力資本與產業、職業特定人力資本的存在,且產業、職業以及職能需求彼此之間的相對影響力大小會受產業、職業以及不同的職能需求的改變而有不同的結果,故本文認為產業、職業以及職能特定人力資本是存在的且互相有關連,但彼此之間的重要性不能單純的比較,會受到產業(職業)改變與否,而有不同的影響。
