    摘要: 在過去的二十年間，美國因為超強的國力與道德期許，在國際間扮演世界警察的角色；但也因為超強的地位、自由且先進的通信、科技、金融機制，使其淪為發展恐怖攻擊行動的活動基地甚或最具象徵性的標靶。國際恐怖主義形成美國國家安全對策的固定議題，其反恐經驗無論成功或失敗，都是各國處理國際恐怖主義的一個典範；即使是國際合作，美國的行動也是反恐議題主要的觀察目標。因此，本文藉由綜整、分析一九七九年以來美國政府因應各次國際恐怖主義之指標性個案，探討美國政府因應國際恐怖主義之對策內容，並旁及其對國內外政經資源與結構之影響。（註：原紙本論文無中文摘要）
