Title:	薦任公務人員晉升簡任官等訓練試辦行政個案教學過程以及初步評估--98年度第2梯次學員課後問卷調查結果分析

Abstract:	在國家文官培訓所兩任所長的努力推動以及政治大學社會科學院的支持下，98 年度薦任公務人員晉升簡任官等訓練首度試辦行政個案教學，?公部門升官等訓練的個案教學立下一個重要里程碑。本文就此次訓練的第 2 梯次，分析課後學員問卷調查資料，探討此次個案教學學員的投入、對於課程各項安排、師資以及硬體設施的意見，希冀藉此拋磚引玉，引發更多個案教學的實證研究以及討論，以有效地將此種教學方法引進實務界，提升訓練成效以強化國家治理能力。
