    Abstract: 傳統刑案現場之重建是以現場測繪方式繪製刑案現場草圖或示意圖,並拍攝現場照片,以記錄跡證形態及相關位置,其中二維照片的客觀性雖然較高且取得快速,但較難以用來詳細量測現場空間相對位置與距離。而目前地面三維雷射掃描儀(3D Laser Scanner)因可快速得到大量高精度的空間點坐標資訊,為目前測量領域中一種廣為探討並多方應用的重要技術。本文即探討刑案發生時,因現場採證的時間有限、掃描時不能受到太多干擾,且須維持一定的掃瞄點雲密度以達後續3D模擬之需求,因此勘察重大刑案時,如何應用雷射掃描儀輔助重建刑案現場,本文將透過文獻分析與模擬試驗場實際操作探討地面雷射掃描技術於刑案現場掃描與重建之作業流程;文中並探討如何將掃瞄所得點雲(Point Clouds)資料,透過3D模擬,以清楚正確記錄並展示空間位置,避免日後爭議。本文期許使地面雷射掃描技術應用於刑案現場重建,能協助相關單位完成刑案現場之3D數位現場保存的工作。
