    摘要: 本研究選擇由提供內容端的體育電視頻道作為研究主體對象，從體育數位內容的生產過程到傳輸給末端消費者，從產製與資訊加值的角度分析數位內容的價值活動，藉由「模組化生產資訊產品」創造具創意的內容價值源頭，再藉由「內容平台」進行整合、加工與篩選應用，以策略聯盟方式用建構無障礙的傳輸平台，以提供給末端資訊接收者。
    The researcher choose the sports channel as the main target . And in the digital world, the role of the channel manager must have a different new vision: to be a information value-added provider . Modular production is a good way to construct the digital platform of sports channel. To construct the digital platform is helpful for programming, distribution, and digital asset management.
